Tiny icing-sugared sweet pastries from the Azorean island of Graciosa. Beautiful to eat and photograph, the finest pastry shell with a centre like a Bakewell pudding without the jam. Sweet memories of May 2006. I am looking forward to reading Apples for Jam, a superb combination of recipes, memories and sumptuous photography. But first Falling Cloudberries has to be absorped.
